A victim of the gunshot at Colonial Estates has been transferred to a Tulsa hospital; a juvenile male has been detained.

 


  A male gunshot victim sought emergency care at an urgent care center on the 3500 block of Frank Phillips Blvd. in Bartlesville on Saturday afternoon. This prompted a rapid response from local law enforcement.

Around 3:21 p.m., Bartlesville Police officers reached the scene and confirmed that the injured individual was an adult male. The victim was then transported to a Tulsa hospital, though details about his current condition have not been revealed.

The BPD disclosed that the shooting occurred in the 2300 block of South Windsor Way. Police have confirmed that this is the same location as an October robbery that resulted in the arrest of six juveniles.

A juvenile male suspect has been detained in connection with the incident. Investigators are actively working the crime scene and conducting interviews with several witnesses to piece together the circumstances of the event.
