In the vicinity of Behl Court, near Jonathans Cove Drive in Virginia Beach, officers reported observing an individual entering the water and not witnessing anyone resurface.
Authorities are currently employing multiple resources in an effort to locate the individual, as stated by the police. No further information has been disclosed at this time.
